Yes! Every live session includes a comprehensive workbook featuring all the presented slides, interactive activities, and relevant blog entries. Depending on the course, it may also include a glossary of terms or an acronym list to support your learning.

Yes! After completing any Biotech Primer program, you’ll receive a validated certificate to recognize your achievement. You can easily upload it to your LinkedIn Licenses & Certification profile by clicking the button on your Biotech Primer dashboard. It’s a great way to highlight your life science expertise and stand out in your professional network!

We have a diverse audience in terms of experience, education, and job descriptions. Attendees range from C-level executives to manufacturing shift workers, as well as those new to the life sciences industry and seasoned veterans who may be in a different position or with a new company. Our open enrollments do sell out, so we recommend signing up early if you want to attend. While we make every effort to hold all scheduled open enrollments, some may occasionally be canceled due to low enrollment. Before booking any travel, please contact us to confirm the program status. Please note that Biotech Primer is not responsible for any travel-related expenses in the event of cancellation.

We recommend dressing in layers, as room temperatures can vary and may be cooler than expected. You’re welcome to bring a laptop to follow along with the electronic workbook, though it’s not required. Many participants also bring a notebook and pen for jotting down notes—whatever helps you feel most comfortable and prepared!

Refunds are not available for open enrollments. If you are unable to attend, you may access the recorded version or designate a colleague from your organization to participate in your place. To transfer your registration, please email support@biotechprimer.com with the name and date of the course, the person who will no longer be attending, and their replacement so that we can update our records accordingly.

Biotech Primer in-house training offers a customized solution for organizations and teams looking to address their unique educational needs or overcome specific challenges. By tailoring the training to your team’s particular needs and availability, we provide a comprehensive, practical, and engaging learning experience.

Our ideal number of participants is 25. There is no minimum number of participants; the maximum number is 35.

We provide a customized electronic workbook specific to each in-house program. The workbook includes all the presented slides, relevant articles from our blog, The Primer, and any accompanying activities or case studies that may be used. Some workbooks include a glossary of biotech terms, and others include a list of commonly used acronyms.

We come to you! Save time and money by having us travel to your facility, rather than having your employees travel to us.

For the best learning experience, we recommend a classroom-style setup with tables and chairs facing the screen. AV needs include a screen and an LCD projector. If the room is large, a lapel microphone is helpful. It’s also great to have either a whiteboard or a flip chart with markers and a table at the front of the room for the instructor’s materials.

Yes, we do! Our training sessions can range from two hours to five full days, depending on the depth and scope of the content. We’re happy to tailor the format to fit your team’s needs.

We prefer a minimum of eight weeks’ advanced notice. Occasionally, we can deliver it within two weeks, depending on instructor availability and the level of customization required.

Training for up to 25 people in the US costs between $11,000 and $12,000 per day. Pricing depends on the subject, location, number of participants, and the extent of customization required. A 10% discount is offered to clients who book three or more of the same in-house courses within a one-year period.
